Covenant Enforcement Schedule

The Covenants Enforcement Inspection Schedule serves as a guide for Leland Management when performing the inspections. Inspections are not limited to the items listed. For more info on what is expected of each homeowner property, refer to both the Strom Park Neighborhood Association Homeowner Handbook and Covenants.

Covenant Inspections are usually the first Wednesday of every month, and can occur more frequently as needed.
